What I do in spiritual therapy:
Meditation: This practice allows us to stop, get away from the noise of the outside world, and immerse ourselves in our inner reality. Meditation helps to strengthen your connection with your thoughts and emotions and will allow you to gain greater clarity and understanding.
Theta Healing: this will help you re-evaluate the beliefs that strongly influence your life. As a magic elixir, a theta healing session can help you eliminate negative thoughts that restrain your strength and hinder your growth and heal from emotional and physical problems that may accompany your life.
Yin Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice that unites body, mind, and spirit. Yin Yoga helps to strengthen focus, attention, and sensitivity, improves contact with the body, and leads us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
Affirmations with hypnotherapy: these are positive statements that we repeat to strengthen our faith in ourselves and our potential. Affirmations help us develop our confidence, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
Rebirthing breathwork is an alternative therapy technique involving a specific breathing exercise type. It treats various psychological and emotional conditions, including reactive attachment disorder. The therapy aims to help individuals release and process negative emotions and traumas stored in the body through deep breathing techniques.

During our rebirthing session, I instruct how to breathe deeply and rhythmically while lying comfortably. I may also guide through visualization exercises or offer supportive dialogue. The goal is to help you release negative emotions and energy blockages that prevent you from living a whole and healthy life.
